Professional Experience
Sean Logan, of The Law Office of Sean Logan, is of counsel to Logan, Yumkas, Vidmar & Sweeney, LLC.

Mr. Logan is a Chapter 7 Trustee, receiver and liquidating agent with particular expertise in insurance related insolvency and merger and acquisition work.

Mr. Logan has acted as the Trustee for over 12,000 Bankruptcy Estates, served at the pleasure of the Court as Receiver in real estate, insurance and corporate insolvencies. He has successfully liquidated construction companies, retail businesses, insurance companies, captives, and off shore businesses, returning ten of millions of dollars to the Creditors and Equity holders. In June 2001, Mr. Logan was elected by the creditors of PRS Insurance Group, Inc. to act as the Chapter 11 Trustee for that company and 11 of its subsidiaries. He has recovered in excess of 54 million and successfully negotiated and adjusted $840,000,000 in claims, reducing the claims to approximately $60,000,000.

In addition to Insurance Insolvency and Bankruptcy Estates, Mr. Logan has represented corporations, companies, partnerships and individuals in a wide variety of insolvency problems, recoveries and transactions including those that required complex claim and legal issue jurisdictional and contractual analysis. Mr. Logan’s expertise in unraveling complicated transactional situations involving insolvent insureds, brokers, agents, assets, and causes of action has allowed successful understanding, and the pursuit of litigation and recovery, in otherwise unfathomable business transactions.

Mr. Logan has served as an Officer of Marines leading Infantry Platoons and Companies and has served as Legal Officer for an Infantry Battalion. He possessed a Top Secret Security Clearance and served as an aid-de-camp for General P. K. Van Riper.
