An experienced transactional and corporate attorney, Amy Snyder advises businesses, financial institutions and individuals in a wide variety of complex transactions. Her experience includes counseling public and private companies and financial institutions on matters including mergers and acquisitions, project and structured finance, and real estate and commercial lending.
In addition, Ms. Snyder counsels clients on general corporate matters, advising officers and directors of both large and small corporations and negotiating and drafting a wide of variety of contracts.
